Dude, you got to accept that the last generation GTA is over with. If and that's a big IF, a new GTA is made on the PSP it'll be fresh. Nothing following suit of this generation due to DLC packs. San Andreas Stories should have been made like back in 07 but they had a release for 4 to come out that year so it made no sense to continue with the shitty graphics/physics and made up cities. Just expect London, Tokyo, and possibly Canada in the near future of GTA locations.

The GTA 3 era took a while to grow like the GTA 4 era is taking because of the new technology it's using as of systems and gaming. The next GTA will be much bigger like Vice City was. Then the next after that will be bigger like San Andreas was then so on and so forth. After working on a whole new experience they wasn't gonna have the time to convert the data size. It's like a cd. You rip it to the computer and the size of each song is 4 or 5 times bigger than if you were to convert it to mp3.
