Not only that, but Toyota's looking to get 2 million dollars from California (end of NUMMI). And that isn't even to keep it running.

You know, it's not even about buying Asian. I know for a fact that GM is a global company with interests in Asia, Europe, and elsewhere. On the other hand, I know for a fact that Americans actually work for Nissan, for instance, in the US making new car designs. Those cars get built right here in the US, too. There isn't an "American" company to buy from in my opinion.
