@bvr23 if empoleon and wurmple are traded, you might not have enough badges for them to obey you. you need a certain amount of badges for traded pokemon to obey you

erm, about the ralts thing to gallade, you use dawn stone on a MALE kirlia, not a male ralts, only male kirlia, otherwise it won't work, currently training my gallade for bertha fight. Go to Move Tutor is Pastoria, trade a heart scale to re-teach a move, and teach leaf blade, extremely good on gallade, and you can't get it to learn it (gallade learns leaf blade at lvl 1, so you can't get it normally) without the move tutor.

@RogerRoids true, but rain already covers some of electricity power and skills, in rain, all lectric moves get +30 accuracy roughly, a perfect example is pokemon colloseum, when u faced Shadow Raikou, it has thunder and rain dance, in rain, thunder never missed.
