1.) In TCE you cant run and crouch at the same time and yes if you stop pressing W you stop walking/running foward just like if you stop walking in real life you stop.

2.) TCE is different because it is original CS was and is not.

1. downgrade to windows xp

2. buy a new graphics card. you can get cheap ones for $60 at bestbuy and future shop and almost any computer place. the cheap ones you can get today are most likely just a powerful if not more powerful then your current old one.

and check your TCE folder to see if the maps are actually there if they are and they are multiple times try deleting them and then re download :)
