In africa there is no social security right to citizens. The politicians are only there to loot the budgets from year to year. If there is social security, people can have access to home, health and good environment. In the civilized society, at birth citizens are given social security number and supported till they get to working age. If they cannot get a job, there is unemployment benefit. In africa politicians never see this realistic. Then end is poverty, crime and disease.
