so why CANT bottomless trap hole be used against drill warrior? like, i know he said "cuz the timings not right" but what does that mean? it seems simple enough: Bottomless trap hole destroys a monster that is summoned -> Drill warrior is summoned -> Bottomless should work o.O Konami just makes these bizarre rulings and provisos that just confuse me...

"Drill Warrior: "Drill Warrior" is Special Summoned during the Standby Phase, and afterwards you add a card to your hand. The two are not treated as resolving simultaneously. Thus, "Bottomless Trap Hole" cannot be activated; you miss the timing

Sometimes an optional effect can only be activated when a condition happens. In this case, you are only allowed to activate the effect when the activation condition being met was the last thing to happen in the game. (complicate rules o.o)

Why is it that Drill Warrior is the recommended Warrior synchro instead of Nitro Warrior? Nitro is a 2800 beat stick.

@krakat0a8 Well any of the synchron specific warriors could be used in a quickdraw deck. In that specific example, he purposely synch for a level six so that one token would protect him from a direct attack. Also since dandylion is limited now (might still be semi limited during that time) it would be wise to recycle dandylion. So nitro warrior is still good, but it is just a difference in opinion or strategy so he just didn't use it.

@krakat0a8 Inb4 drill off of a quick draw brings quickdraw back to your hand next turn for extra combos. Best way I one turn quasar with my quasar otk deck (Works every time first or second turn quasar)

the thing about being good at the game, your not the only one at local tourneys that is good. when you got few people really good against each other, it comes down to luck and what cards you draw sometimes. recently my GK got raped by Agents cuz he had every freaking counter available to him against me in the first game. second game i didnt draw necro valley so he used graveyard to rape me with hyperion.

Missing the Timing is a gayer rule than not dropping the soap in prison, and that one's literally gay.

Since that rule is pretty recent, I don't play by it or make my opponent do it, at least in some cases. If I tribute Sangan for a summon, I'm sure as hell using his effect.
