My band- The Nick Evans Mowery Project will be opening for Rod in November (Railhead/Nov 3rd in Las Vegas). Hank Mowery from the Hawktones will be sitting in on harmonica with us. One kick ass night!
It's actually a song called Queen Bee on Rod Piazza's brand new album Soul Monster. I recorded this before the albulm came out. Pretty sure the riff is from a Slim HApo song called Buzz Me Baby.
The lyric part is cut off but Slim Harpo had a song called (My Little) Queen Bee. It's probably a cover of this one. It was sort of a King Bee remake. I guess Slim wanted another hit and used a proven recipe.

Could be Rock Me by Muddy Waters too.
The songs are almost exactly the same.
