The funny thing is, is that I know that i could be a better Christian. I grew up in a christian home, went to a christian school, went to church every week. But i have noticed that i am unwilling to actually commit myself to God. I have amply amount of chances to witness to the people on my bus. I could love everyone around me but i don't. I am still unsure of what i must do to make myself willing to serve. I really wish i could be like you are or were. Thank you, and to God be the glory. -Jason

Zach, I had no idea i knew someone related to you. I first watched this video in a chapel at my college. This is an amazing video! I am also 32 and I was diagnosed with rectal cancer this past year. I admire your strength and faith. I have just refound my faith b/c I was so angry with God for awhile, but I understand now that God was not punishing me in anyway things just happen and only he knows why! I will keep you and your family in my prayers! Once again thank you for sharing your letter!

great idea.  a friend sent me to this video, and i'm glad she did. i would love to have been able to see a video or read a letter from my older self when i was getting ready to graduate high school. i hope this reaches out to some kids who need to be encouraged and strengthened in their walks. thanks for taking the time to do this
