It really bothers me that I go to watch a promo for my favorite band and I see people arguing with one another like a stereotypical youtube comment war. Can we just enjoy this teaser and bounce good vibes off one another? So what if their going in a new direction with their sound? Maybe they don't want their music to just be known for style over substance and want to focus more on great songwriting. The eps will always be classics but don't hold them down for trying new things with their sound.
@CinemaDonkey Also, if you listen to them enough, you would realise that every realease they have sounds completely different. They're great musicians and great guys, and I'll be following them until the end. They can do no wrong in my eyes.

GODDDDDDDDDDDDDDD i hated perch patchwork. I thought it was soooooo boring compared to their prior eps. It lacked sooo much energy, most were fillers. Everything just didnt mix i mean, math rock with a Simon and Garfunkel aesthetic really? I hope this has character, and energy behind it. Not just some low brow indie rock that Portugal. The Man! already solidified and saturated. Thumbs up if you arent afraid to agree with me.
When this album drops I'm going to force it down my friends throats.
