shyt i will say it... it was his JR year he helped beat david ackers(eagles kicker now) @ the time his team was 9-0,he beat them on a 2 point conversion,,,also beat boone co 34-0 (shawn alexander was the RB), he also won Player of the year in KY!!! went 10-3 his SR year in football....oh how do i know this, I LIVED IT... thanks YODA & all my defenders...

I heard that news, and I'm chagrined. :( I pray for the best for Kio and will certainly keep him in my prayers. I'll always remember him for the beast of a WR that Mumme brought out of him after Curry's departure.

OMG I had forgotten what a beast Kio Sanford was, it's about time someone has posted a clip from when Kentucky was actually good in football. Do you or anyone else have the clip, also from 97, when they blocked the FG and returned it for a TD against Alabama when they beat them for the first time in 75 years, or just a clip reel from that game. I've been wanting to put that on my myspace for the longest time but no one has it. Thanks GO BIG BLUE!!!
