The cloak drains almost immediately when you're on the train, as if you were sprinting. A sort of intentional bug, I suppose.

And just so people know, having just gotten the game last night and played it all this evening, you can't cloak. The speed of the train drains it incredibly fast. It drains as fast as speed mode under sprint.

no you can't. the when you're cloaked, your energy goes down if you're moving. since the train is moving quickly, your energy drains really fast if you cloak while on it.
