@KidsWithGuns1992 Close. This is territorial. he's trying to make himself look bigger. I'm not sure why they sway, but my cockatoo does this whenever we pull out the vacume cleaner (which he hates and tries to attack if he is able.)

its called dancing my sun conure does the same thing only to music or when you sing she also clucks along while being puffed up and dancing so im positive your theory isnt correct in this case. yes they puff up to be intimidating but in this case no.
