  • I dig Funky Hippo it's,well,funky.

  • Very imaginative use of the jamman looper. I'm impressed. And scared :)

  • How are you connecting this through your amp and other stuff?? When I connect all I get is clean sound, even when my amp's drive is turned on.

  • LOL

you have to put distortion in your sound BEFORE it gets to the jamman (dist. pedals)

  • Awesome-I'm as impressed as everyone else, you are very talented. NOW...here's my question-can the Jam Man CHANGE KEYS uninterrupted (via footswitch maybe?) to create a SONG instead of JUST A JAM in ONLY ONE KEY? Thanks!

    It's a 5 star video man.

    Thanks for answering me before.

I have a question...Are you famous, playing gigs or anything?

    In a band? Alone?

Keep on rocking man I love your videos, listening to them when I feel like it.

  • lol no i'm not famous. who knows .... on day?

i play as much as i can with different people but i spend most of my time teaching. so no band for now i don't really have time.

and thanks for the nice comments

  • fantastic

  • Awshum! 5/5 :P

  • wow your good that takes a hell of alot of practise!! well done

  • I have a JamMan. It broke in four weeks.

    It was great.

I never understood when to end the loop. It allways ended up with me getting 7.6 beats or so out of 8 beats. I don't know how to explain it, but it's allways wrong. I tried like 15 times to do it. it just didn't work.

I'm Norwegian so my English sucks.

  • have u thought about havin live performances or smthin ! ur just amazin!! trust me!

  • wow verry bettencourt style ^^

  • got any mp3s of these videos ? they're nice jams

    for listening

  • You are a brilliant musician. It is very weird that you don´t get more views...watched all of your stuff. Over all brilliant.

  • i really need one

  • Where do I buy this JamMan?

    Very cool thing.

  • lol google digitech and jamman

  • digitech!?!?!

Good man got ma Pro tools rig from them!!

  • i want that jamMan !!!!!!!!!! nice playing dude !!!! really love it

  • It's the best for memory expansion as well !!!

  • That sheet is fuuuunkyyyy! I just got a jamman pedal too, using it in a gig tomorrow night, and just got it ystrdy. Will post vids next week of the show.

One love, one heart! WHITE WOLF

  • hey nevermind dude, totally got it figured out! just switched some shit around and its working great! i love it! cant wait to youtube it!

  • cool. let me know when you post something

  • I just got a JamMan, quite fun i might add, but...how do i get my processor to do what your doing, it seems that any time i use distortion and layer, it just red lines and you cant hear shit. i use the digitech rp80 if it makes any difference

  • not sure what's the problem. might be the outpout level of your processor that is too high. or inst level on the jamman.

  • Wow..did'nt know DigiTech had this out there.Screw a GNX!!I can use my existing Boss GT-3 processor now..kewl.Got to get me a JamMan.That's one Funky Hippo btw.lol

  • hey nice jam there

question about the jamman - here you've just built up layers and layers on top of each other - is it possible to build layers up, then stop the loops, then bring them back in again without having to re-record? preferably seperately - an example being for a break or middle eight where everything pauses and its just one instrument solo, then everything else joins in again.

  • you can stop the loops but when you bring them back it will be the entire loop

  • for something like that, you want the BOSS RC50 that does all that kinda shizz

  • Can i ask how much your effect pedals (jamman and the boos) costed?

  • 300 € for the JamMan and 450 € for the boss

  • wow i didnt think it would be more than $200 each. do you know of any different modeels by any other brands you can recomend

  • for the looper it's digitech jamman or boss rc20 that's all i know. for the guitar effects...there are other brands, maybe more simple and cheaper. my best advice, check guitar forums if you want more informations.

  • if you already have a processor, i would definately get this. you can record a loop up to 24 minutes. so basically, record a loop for the rythem of an entire song, and play lead for the same song on a different loop over the rythem loop, and you have a great sounding song! than when you get something you like, save it on your computer!

  • I don't own a Jam Man (yet), but I'd suggest taking the time to save up for the best product out there. Don't cheap out, you'll regret it in the long run. You'll get what you pay for. Peace bro'.

  • omg that is so amazing. i was looking up some effect pedals and i ended up here and after watching that im definantly getting one of those. and also you rock!!! |..|,

  • thanks :)

  • dude those r pretty hot licks a week after i saw your clip got me a boss rc-20 loop station.

thats pretty inspiring jaming you r doing there

realy gets me in the mood for picking my axe up and doing some original writing :)

i like the other stuff u uploaded as well

    rock on dude

  • thanks ! rock on !

  • Fuck yeah !

  • starting like goofy, ending like Vai, Ô thank you so much for that lecon...i beg your pardon Ô master !

    ^^

  • Or sweet it works thanxx mannn

  • I got a boss gt6. To explain this better. When I make a recording and switch to a different effect everything changes according to wat I choose. E.g. 5 min Recording in acoustic. I would like to play a nice solo lead in distortion however once I press the distortion my whole recording changes to distortion. I want to keep the acoustic sound and play distortion over it. I have no idea how to get it working like yours.

  • ok got it . did you plug in that order ? guitar - boss - jamman - amp . it should work . i think for now you're plugged like that : guit - jamman - boss- amp ;)

  • Hey man i got a digitech jamman also but how did u get those multiple guitar effects recorded into one

  • not sure about your question though . guitar - boss gt8 - jamman. that's how i get different sounds.

  • great video

  • dam, u have rhythm..... I like what u did with the jamman, its DIFFERENT AND VERY GOOD. One thingy though, i think u started adding too many parts....

    very good though

  • thanks for the comment and i agree i added too many parts at the end of the main theme .

  • thats sick.

  • awesome man, very interesting bass guitar/bass drum intro. very iron manny.

    -thee elliot mitchell

  • thanks man

  • Can you tab this out??

    Its great!!!!

    5****

  • sorry i'm too busy to find time to make a tab. you gotta use your ears lol

  • haha ok man. I'll try!!

  • a few hints A minor pentatonic for the main riff , A dorian for the rest and the impro part

  • thanks man ;)

  • ace. I love it. Good work, definately groovin :D.

  • You kick ass Oo

    That is so great! =o

  • What's the workstation thing you've got goin other than the jamman?

  • lol thanks for the comment and i'm using a multi effect boss GT8

  • Yeah, at first I thought it was going to be really simple, but I was impressed. This was really cool to listen to. It was very "Wall of sound" but that's kind of cool considering you're just one guy playing it live.

Now I Want one too damnit!

  • dude nice work kicks ass

  • i like it!! - im thinking of getting one- this has made my mind up - yes a bit overdone but it shows what great toy this is - can you put the loops onto the computer? - i've just bought a boss micro recorder BR, i probably would have been better off buying one of these - thanks

  • yep you can save loops to your computer or import loops from computer to the jamman ;)

  • good guitar work, back up tracs seem a little overdone.less sometimes is more.good playing overall

  • i know what you mean and i agree i did too much for the main riff/theme. but i made 3 takes, this one was the first one and the best to me so i kept this one . thanks for this interesting comment .

  • OMG wooowoww lol

  • sick

  • I love this!

  • :p thanks
