It looks great but...too many automatisms.... not good idea in case of emergency evacuation....
Also I don't think it's good idea to make lateral swimming pools on so lower decks it's not safe when the sea becomes bigger. Why solar panels on top of a swimming pool that is supossed to be discovered when it's a sunny day?

10.000 - 15.000 passengers. Then you need a lot of these taxishuttles.
But as a floating hotel outside LA, New York or some big city would probably work.
Especially during olympic games or other big sport events where you need a lot of extra hotelrooms.
