no disrespect for anyone that actually liked this movie, but I hated it, nothing happens for 90 fucking minutes, the actors are dull and boring, the whole concept of vampire is destroyed (shiny in the sun? WTF) and the movie contradicts itself so many times I thought it was written and based off a play by some middle school kids who thought vampire meant kinda like robot superman.

it was written based on a dream and yes the movie was no where near as good as the book.. to understand how they cam so far without so much happening i suggest read the books... and as for vamp law its all made up so anything goes i like that in this they still cant go in sunlight around people but for a much better reason.. i get what your saying tho :)

i have read all the twilight books and I have to say that I was a little disappointed in the movie they should have put more detail in the movie it would have made a difference the acting wasn't bad I didn't understand what was up with the guy who plays jasper, I did expect more from kristen after seeing her in speak and panic room. I liked the scenes where they run normal. In all the best acting came from everyone who wasn't a lead character but I think everyone will do a better job in NM

meh, twilight was good but not great, and now im reading new moon out of curiosity. stephenie meyer's writing is so freakin repetitive, it gets annoying. anyone else sick of edward being described as "marble"?? im not far into new moon but im already considering feeding the book to a rabid giraffe if i read another one of bella's rants about how "numb" she is and how she just loves to wallow in her numbness. i hope the movie or eclipse is better than the first 2 books. Y would they bleed? They don't have a beating heart and don't need oxygen. They have really strong skin. Read Eclipse, when vampires get torn aprat, they don't bleed. Its a clean break. Gross, yet true.
