I agree this is dumb so is 99% of other "girl lifts whatever" their lock their joints, so its not even the muscle doing the work anymore, it ends up being 90% the bone being locked and holding it, and you only need about 10% of ur muscle to keep the joints locked... as long as you can get your joint to lock, you can hold up to 4x the normal weight you normally could. These vids are usually and mostly bogus.
