  • Can you use ground chicken instead of turkey?

  • I'm making this right now in my kitchen. Thankyou lean body lifestyle

  • Can you try making gluten free recipes? My older brother is allergic to gluten and passed on that trait to his son so since it's genetic I think I might have that "disease" too.

  • I really like your videos. You get right to the point and make it so easy that there really is no excuse not to make better food choices. Thank you!

  • Great job mike, finger foods are the best as every one is busy and stops people going to fast food places. And love the website you must not

  • How much grams is in 1 cup of oats?

  • @jaggal005 - 80 grams!

  • Can you do this with chicken too? Because my riend isn't a big fan of turkey, but she does like chicken. They look delicious!!!

  • Nice very nice video. Thanks for the info.

  • Great recipe! I tried something similar with veal mince. I think it is a good idea to add 1 glass/cup of water to 1 kg (2.2 lbs) of mince. It will make the muffins rise more plus it will soften the oats and make them bigger in volume. So you are getting bigger size, more tenderness without the addition of calories. It is a win-win in my humble opinion.

  • looks delicious! can someone help me out to know what "ground" turkey is? I've seen you use it a bit lately, and the dictionary wont help out much.. is it a kind of mousse or paté? processed meat of some kind? I know what turkey is, just the "ground" is not familiar :)

  • ASIAN VER.

3 tbs soy sauce, 1 tbs rice vinegar, some sort of hot sauce i would use saracha (the rooster sauce), 1 tbs of cinnamon 2 large tbs of cayanne, 3-6 cloves of diced or crushed garlic (you can use garlic powder if thats the case use maybe 2 tbs but common guys buy garlic), a good chunk of diced or grated ginger (probably 1 1/2 tb). teaspoon of rosemary and 1 tbs of thyme and basil (these are “secret ingredients” just to give it a hint of herbs it blends nicely). 1 tbs of coarse salt
