The cars are jumping because the PS network is not that old of a network and i think Sony jumped the gun on releasing their network early for GTA4. The 360 network is a lot better but thats only because their network has been around for a while now. I hope Sony has fixed this by now because i played this game online and the cars where jumping everywhere and it was really misleading and annoying. And don't even get me started on the GTA4 servers. Oh god what a poorly done job.

From what I've seen, I think they have fixed that network connection error or whatever (O.o) and Gran Turismo should be working fine on the online play; At least, that's what I heard. You might wanna give it another try and see if it's working properly online. :)

That is very relative.. R2 doesn't lag, and I never seen it in all my online play, and goes up to 60 players, however MGS is only for 16 and may lag like crazy 0.o

GT5p 3rd person sucks ass compared to the older installments. Just because it's a prologue doesn't mean they need to make all camera views except the incar view shitty. I like to race in 3rd person at times, not as much as the incar view, but having the option is nice, and I hate. The cars are stiff in 3rd person. If any of haven't played GTHD in 3rd person, that's how it should look.

Thats if you have crappy ping. If you have a high speed connection hooked up with a regular ethernet cable it is perfect. If you have wireless with crappy ping, this is what happens.

Problem is, that the race is hosted on one persons machine. And, the majority of people have (relativly speaking atleast) bullshit connections that simply cant support so many people racing. The other anoying part of the online is, if the host is loosing, and he pulls out, the whole race is over (REALLY fuckin anoyin on the last corner, you just over take him and he fucks off crying).
