Im putting in my sterio system now. i have 6" infinity 6022is for the doors and i have a 12" reference sub with 1200 watt peak and 300 rms. i just need to get some infinity 6x9 though. Im gunna be bumpin when its finished.
yeah i have these subs n there alright, they dont handle power to well though, im running 450 rms watts per sub n i cant turn the volume up pass 42/62 cuz the cone flexes and the bass sounds like crap then.
its not the distortion in them it was just power, the gain on the amp was zero and on my deck i had bass to -2 DB, i fixed the problem though by turning down the input voltage and using the bass control knob so it wouldn't put out to much power.
they sounded alot better when i turned the power down to because it was more evenly balanced to the highs of the speakers.
no but dont be pissed cause i have money cause i do something with my life. i know you cant help it your mommy and daddy cant afford to buy you a real set of subs.
