first get a think cardboard tube (alluminum foil tube),then have a few small rubber bands and one huge one,then attach big rubber band to and end of the tube untill its tight but loose enough to pull back(use small rubber bands to hold in place),for ammo use electrical tape and a nail along with a chop stick,use tape to make nail tips(it can go through metal)
