ROFL instead of buying a wow account and logging in as lvl 60 first time, make a lvl 1 play it till lvl 10 that will take you through the hole tutorial process and give you the basic fundamentals of the game. And in any case some people buy fully equiped accounts for hotboxing (which is when you have two accounys set up on two different characeters and power level yourself at your own pace, that or power level your friends and/or guild members) much like what I am doing =/
