The state is not lawful period. The country was usurped in 1868 by a band of criminal bankers and politicians. If you want to learn how to beat and take the country back you need to google rodclass and learn.
This ia all well and good and I understand your argument, but who do you call when you have an emergency? 911, paramedics, doctors, nurses, State Troopers, Sheriffs deputies etc. are licensed/certified postions by the state of NC. When you are in a car accident or if your pregnancy has complications needing emergency treatment, who do you call? Just asking...
@NCMountainDavis I seems you maybe confusing what is being asserted here, with other 'patriot' arguments, just guessing on that. We are addressing a breach of the supreme law of the land, an imbalance of power between the States and the General government, and between the branches of government brought about by an unconstitutional act. You see consent does not cure an unconstitutional act, nor does the passage of time. What we are dealing with is "in fact, but not legitimate"
NCMountainDavis Go to a law library, find a copy of Black's Law Dictionary 4th Edition and look up the following words: de facto, de jure, recession, make copies. Some people are cut out for legal study, some put a lot of time in to be cut out for it, if you are interested and really want to get into it, then find Corpus Juris Secundum 16 Constitutional Law, and 16 Am. Jur. I would be happy to direct you to a copy of my brief to the Appellate Division of NC Court system.
Awesome! I am doing the same things you are in NC courts and have experienced first-hand their lies, corruption, coercion and unlawfulness. I am fighting "speeding" tickets right now. Never had a wreck or threatened anyone in my driving career. I am challenging their BS "laws" and the criminals in courts and other parts of government. Please contact me. I'm in Rockingham County right next door.
@AllisonsHunt Hi, and thanks for your compliments and questions! I believe some of your questions were answered in the other comments. Ms. Rose doesn't have an attorney, but simply uses her own arguments. The general assumption today is that the court system is too complicated for the "average" person to navigate. It would be difficult to get a member of the bar to challenge the jurisdiction of today's courts.
Ms. Rose left out a couple of important facts that some of us would like to know.
What was the final ruling on her case and what was the reason for the secure bond. Normally a secure bond is set because the person is either a flight risk or poses a threat of some sort. Whether you agree with court rulings or not without a referee (lawyer) in your corner you generally don't stand a chance against the person in charge (Judge). Maybe she should retain an attorney that is up to speed on the cause.
@piper1Ru Excellent question. As she stated, the judge did not address the jurisdictional challenge. Rather, he himself requested that the ADA enter a not guilty plea 'on her behalf'. Mandie refused to participate in the proceedings as jurisdiction had not been established. The court continued to argue the merits of the case without her and then arrived at their own 'guilty' verdict.
@piper1Ru Also, we are uncertain as to the exact reasoning behind the secure bond. In the judge's words, "Alright, in this matter we will move the appeal and put you under a one thousand dollar appeal bond." He doesn't provide a reason. Ms. Rose wouldn't have requested an appeal if she didn't intend on arguing this in a higher court.
Concerning an attorney, Ms. Rose has not used an attorney, yet she as well as several other citizens have had their cases dismissed. Just do a search for "ncar citizen case dismissed". The current system is designed in order that it might confuse and prevent the "average" person from presenting their own arguments. In addition, a member of the bar (an attorney) is so closely tied to the court today, it would be difficult for an attorney to challenge the very jurisdiction of that court.
@MrRljohnson77 I might take you up on that. I was going to rescind my statement at first, thinking I couldn't possibly live without the ridiculousness that is Paul Revere Radio's hard hitting journalism (My favorite is the scathing interview with the green suited man) - but then I realized it's not even syndicated :( It's only online, so I get my laughs in no matter what state I live in.
@RephlexTube I would suggest you move out of teh country since you will find patriot citizens in every state. My radio program is syndicated and picked up on multiple stations and internet radio servers. Thanks for checking.
This makes me want to move away from NC. Not the gobbledygook she was saying, but the fact that I have to live in the same state as crazies like this one. D:

You're awesome! Do you have an attorney? If not, how are you navigating the court system?
