Some part of me wants to think he was emotional over the sadness of the case. I agree that it is unusual for a Judge to cry in court like that but this is a truly unique & sad story. He's only human... 20 year only son unexpectedly dies just days after the birth of his sister, then mom unexpectedly dies shortly after...so this beautiful baby is left with no mother and no proven father.

Sorry but the guy has a heart. This is a very sad story, I found it so sad that Daniel died. At least there is one good thing, they can now be together. I hope her child gets a good home, poor thing...You know I wasn't a fan of Anna Nicole but no one should have to go through what she went trough with her child...Let them rest in peace.

Judge Seidlin did an outstanding job. He got out alot of facts about the case, he made the right choice. He was fair to all sides. He made the case interesting. A man with a warm heart.
