Not all moves in trampoline require you to land on your feet. Sometimes you will land on your back or stomach then propel yourself into another flip from it.

These guys were just having fun! Unless you're competing, form can be lazy! That's the beauty of trampoline lol

I have a new place like this where I live. The foam parts are still hard foam. If yuo hit you head HARD against the foam, yes It will hurt, but its going to stop you from serious injury, like a concusion of some sort.
