Nice vid. I like the quality. We do the same here on East coast, pool session are essential in winter time when the water is cold and many people can't afford drysuits. For those who are interested in any of these sessions check with your local meetup groups. If they are well organized people can get you knowledge you need and help you out for no or little money.
