@Acey223 I know. When I played The Eternal Night, I had a What the heck reaction to Spyro. Glad that I didn't buy any crappy game before and after the eternal night. Classic Spyro is our style. And the new Spyro Skywards game IS SHIT. They got rid of every classic character and put new guys in. The last Spyro game before Eternal was enter the dragonfly and it's okay. I hope someday they make a good game like the PS1's did.

I wonder what would happen if someone were to make a game, but purposely restrict themselves to the capabilities of an original PlayStation. Then, when it's done, they switch it over to new consoles, pump up the graphics a bit, and there you go! In fact, they should make a new Spyro game doing just that. You know, to make up for Spyro's unnecessary inclusion in Skylanders.

Sorry, but during Y2K (the year 2000) all the giant gaming corporations bought the rights to these games and that's why the original companies don't make Spyro or Crash Bandicoot anymore. It's sad to know but it's the truth. You might find this surprising but back in the late 90's, Activision and Electronic Arts knew what the hell they were doing back then. I remember back in 1998 there was so many diverse and cool gaming companies, but most of them got bought out. :(
