  • instead of frying, is there an alternative way to cook it? like grilling or baking? what changes should be made?

  • @l0vablelinda You could bake these. I would suggest 180°C for 15 minutes.

  • My Home-Ec teacher at school taught me an easy way to tell if potatoes are done - Stab one of the bigger chunks with a knife and lift it vertically out of the water. If it falls off of its own accord (no waggling or helping) then they're done.
