If you listen carefully at 0:42 from the fox shot, he says 'another one' you here an echo of it on Devan Clark's video slightly later, its hard to hear but its there.
I think someone time stretched the plane travelling to slow it down, and when you matched up the explosions they are at the right speed. I've done comparisons of 2nd hit planes and noticed some where slowed down, this is why the sound is out I think.
