@yuhvibez To keep it from sliding back I put a wood panel from a hatch cover behind the box. It fit perfectly in between the box and the rear so there is no movement. The panel was also covered in carpet so you can barely tell its there. To stop forward movement i but the box on the amp
@DragonWagon6 they used to face the back but the rattling was too much to tolerate. Im a planet audio fan so i didnt think twice about this purchase. it could b better but its good. since this vid i only upgraded the ground from the amp, which doesnt matter now cause i blew the amp. ive got a feeling it had something to do with the lancers smart system which i dont think takes to kindly to hardwires.
@Facestomper666 Im not sure but I think it blew because the small speaker wires. They were burnt and the baffles on the box melted due to the heat from the terminals. the gain was about 70%.
@dafamlay hey man i was trying to run this on a 15 memphis d2 1 ohm final load but anyway i think you had wiring issues i want to use 2 strapped at 1 ohm and about 300 amps hours in batts
@trujay2 this setup is temporary. rush install and i wasnt planning on running a ported box, but i got tired of waiting to get everthing so i threw it in. its bumpin good enough to hold me for a few months
After putting this vid on here, i realized how much my subs werent hittin. Thanks to the cheap ass rca cables i got. shit plays louder when i move the cable around. take my advice, dont skimp on quality wires. New vid comin soon
looks good must of sound great but how did you get the box from moving around ?
