  • It ain't a coincidence that the two highest scoring teams of all time in NFL history had number 84 on their roster. When he had the guys around him, he was as close to unstoppable as anyone has ever been in football.

  • Lmao at 2:28 that Cowboys fan looked like he needed a hug after watching Moss shred his team haha

  • take the ball deep, take the top off the defense

  • IF U THINK CALVIN JOHNSON IS BETTER THAN RANDY MOSS IN HIS PRIME YOU ARE A IDIOT!!!!... RANDY MOSS WAS BETTER IN HIS 1ST YEAR THAN CALVIN JOHNSON EVER WILL BE THOMAS SIZEMORE !!!!!

  • funny how when D. Sanders knew when his next game he was gonna have to defend Moss he "always....." out the game/cant play

  • @jaygreg50 i think deion could of handled him

  • @rmraiders24 why he always kept hiding / getting hurt before the game

  • 3 catches 163yds 3TDs

  • i remember that Dallas Thanksgiving game in 98. Wish i would stayed home to watch that game. He had like 4 catches 3TDs over 100/150 yds

  • Troy Aikman could have had a legitimate Hall of Fame career.

  • @Ariamaluum he's already in the HOF

  • i can't see anyone ever breaking Randy Moss's rookie record 17 TD catches.

  • greatest receiver in vikings history...because of his rookie season, that is why Jerry Jones drafted Dez Bryant because of his mistake. Thank You Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys for not picking Randy.

  • LOL he sh*t on Ray Buchanan

  • The best that ever done it. The only reason why people wont admit it is becasue his off the field issues

  • Id take Moss over TO...but I'd look at the superbowl winning Washington redskins...john riggins

  • Randy I play when I wanna Play Moss overrated

  • Hall of Famer Randy Moss

Hmmmm Has a nice ring to it

  • Everybody is entitled to their opinion about Moss. But one thing you cant deny is hes the best of his generation and no one comes close to him. Marvin Harrison had Peyton Manning throwing him the ball, Terrel Owens had Steve Young and Mcnabb and Romo. Moss had a collection of journeyman and he made Culpepper look like the second coming of Dan Marino.

  • @NordicBlood84 Marvin Harrison needed the "Peyton Manning Pocket Passer" type because he couldn't blow by people like Randy Moss. Randy had the "Cannon Armed" QB's in Randall Cunningham and Daunte Cullpepper (which he needed).

  • @NordicBlood84: I wouldnt call Tom Brady a journeyman. Moss was useless with the raiders mixmash of quarterbacks

  • I remember this draft. I couldn't believe so many people pass him. I was hoping he slip to the Giant's hand

  • What is also really impressive about that season is that Moss had 14 catches of 40 or more yards. Thats rediculous!

  • Future Hall of Famer to be honest with you. :-)

  • Randy Moss is just flat out phenomenal.

  • Moss's rookie season is the G.O.A.T. A lot of people think Eric Dickerson's rookie campaign was better because he had 2,200 yards and 20 td's. But he is a running back and touched the ball 440 times. And a lot of running backs have had rookie seasons with 15+ td's. The next best season for rookie receiving td's besides Randy Moss's is 13 td's by John Jefferson in 1978, and other than that there has only been one other season of 13 receiving td's in NFL history and that was in 1958.

  • My top guy on my list was LT's 81 season. Get DPOY as a rookie? WOW!

  • I love Brian Billick...Randy Moss on the other hand - sore loser! Did you see how he reacted after the Patriots lost to the Ravens?

  • Eric should have been number one. In fact, another, shorter Top Ten Rookie Seasons, Eric Dickerson got #1 with 1,808 yds.

  • He turned Vikings into a Superbowl contender in his rookie season, 17 td catches, 15-1... gimme a break son. I don't even like the guy but you can't deny his rookie season was immaculate.

  • .... yeah.... XD

  • i thought gale sayers rookie season was better due to the fact that he was the only guy who could do it. During this time of year, you expect players to be that kind of impact. not 17 touchdowns but certaintly 10.

  • Comment removed

  • 17 receiving touchdowns.

    as a rookie.

    absolutley amazing.

  • Elbert...Ickey...Woods

  • 2:31 that guy is the shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • love randy moss

  • what about adrian peterson? he was on track for a monster rookie season if not for his injury. he was still able to get 1300 yards. he had 2 200 yard games. 226 against the bears and the record breaking 296 against the chargers.

  • peterson was unreal ... he really could have broken 2000 yards

  • # 10

  • @VpY22 well you could say that for a lot more rookies who had superstar potential, not just AP - staying healthy in the NFL is a feat as well, especially as a rookie learning the ropes

  • could there be any more of an obvious choice? when was the last time a ROOKIE dominated his position by a mile the first season of his career?????

  • they play different positions, but had amazing rookie seasons:

    Devin Hester and Adrian Peterson.

but randy is still up there.

  • Randy Moss is flat UNSTOPPABLE.

  • the only other player whose rookie year can somewhat match randy's is anquan boldin

  • Shit... I really wish the Vikings still had Moss. Now that we're going to probably get Favre this year, we could use a kickass receiver.

  • ha. if they still had moss they wouldnt need favre.

no disrespect but after he left they were rebuilding up until 07
