His voice was a bit too melodic. He needs to seperate the words a little bit more. And, (although this can't be helped and is NOT a bad thing), his voice is fairly high for a male. Not like extremely high and squeaky, just a little bit.

He's been compared to all those, like it or not. Sorry, but you were the one making an issue out of high voices. I was merely pointing out that it isn't a detriment to a guy being a successful singer. BTW he performed a Michael Jackson song on the tour, and most critics thought he did a fine job with it. He does best when he performs songs in that genre because, as we've been discussing, those songs suit his voice and vocal style best.

No, Blake was good this week (and most every other week). Sanjaya just didn't focus enough on each note. He was too sloppy. But it wasn't as bad as auditions in the beginning of the season.

I'm through with posting really MEAN comments on the Sanjaya videos. There are just too many of his fans lashing back at me so I QUIT! I am still not a fan of his. Having said that, I don't think he is THE worst singer ever. There are definitely worst singers than him. For example umm WILLIAM HUNG!!! So power to the Fanjaya's. He will always be a love him or hate him kind of entertainer.

P.S. One last remark. Simon was totally point ON with his critique of that performance!

Ok, I am a fan of Sanajaya, and I agree this performance stunk. But,his studio verson sounds AMAZING! If you search for "sanjaya malakar studio" there are a couple videos that you can hear it.
