I LOVE confetti. I WANT TO MOVE TO NY *JUST* for THAT. I think by far the spontaneous confetti releases during the day, when things are business as usual, would be a BLAST. I do wonder where it all goes, though - is it biodegradable tissue paper?
IF ONLY all cities had Random Confetti Release Tests. THINK OF IT.
