okay? Well.. right now im uploading benchmark vid from DiRT2 on my machine - recorded with fraps, the load screens only shows 2-3 seconds

u have 8GB ram only got 4GB nd using 32bit as i was 2 lazy get 64bit so here is 1 more slowdown

plus u are only running at 1440-900 or woteva i was runing at full 1080P which is more demanding

no it helps because when u play games it reads off the HDD so if u record it reads nd writes which slows it down but when u record 2 a diff HDD it only reads on my Main HDD
