@Beautyelenas to do this in photoimpact is easy , and easy to learn , to do this in photoshop you have to be pro , learn layers , learn tools , learn modifiers and lots of stuff . lots of companies use linux but 90% of computer users wont be able to even install it , better doesnt always mean its good for basic things

Cause I clearly show the clone tool, as well as the entire tool planel being visible.

Photo impact has the same tools for photos as photoshop...

There are no layer because the FIRST layer is an infinate amount of layers...we don't deal in layers, we deal in picture over picture..simply move forward or back...no layer...cut out the middle man and un wanted steps.

I agree to your title! I've been using PhotoImpact for more than 10 years now and still, it's the best software for photo editing and designing for me. It's features can do the same on what they can do on photoshop but the big difference is, PhotoImpact is "user-friendly" while photoshop is complicated and like an enemy to use.
