Uh, this is not a stock plane. The stock plane does not fly this good. If you have an extra receiver, BL motor, ESC, lipo laying around its a great airframe. The supplied servos are decent and work well as is.
This plane is a bit much for a beginner. It is a 4 channel low wing war bird. Its not a easy plane to start with being that it is under powered, The one in this video is modified with a Brushless motor and 3 cell lipo pack.
On sale for $84 PLUS my 20% coupon. Out the door for $67. My first RC plane. Have not tried it yet. Any tips on reinforcement, etc? I am practicing on the G5 RC sim first.
the king of cheap tools branded this famous warbird. funny, they carry this line. nyway. i figure without the mods you did, the ones that came with it suck eh? by the way you fly i know you have a lot of stick time on RC planes and this must have been a challenge. nice approach, nice flare..
the only stock electronics in the plane are the servos which work very well. A E-flite BL Park 370 4100kv motor with GWS "B" ratio gearbox. Flying styro 9.70x4 prop. CC TB-18 ESC and DSM AR6200 receiver with a TP1320PL 3cell lipo.

It is a good airframe and will fly stock but there are much better planes for the money. The one in the video is modified to say the least.
