Unlike most of my friends of course, I always rooted for the Celtics and watched games when they were bad. The point which I became a bigger fan was a 2OT game against the Cavs with Lebron. We lost but Pierce (My 2nd Fave player in the NBA) had 50 points and it was a game ill also remember forever, including the duel in game 7 with Lebron.

And to witness game 4 comeback against LA and the Game 6 beat down to win number 17. The first C's Title i witnessed. Indescribable feeling.

The first basketball game I ever saw was the Derek Fisher 0.4 shot vs the Spurs. I never was a fan of that sort of tv then, thats just a vivid memory of basketball I had. Never became a Laker fan though. Only 4-5 years ago I began watching the Celtics. It was the first season I watched the Celtics. And I loved it. Couldn't tell you why. Its just, the Celtics keep me captured, and am interested in what they do all the time. Even when they were bad I STILL watched and cheered for them.

It's easy for me man. Lived in NY my whole life, grandfather was a Yankees and Giants fan, The Knicks followed later. That was passed on to my father, which was passed on to me.

Nothing beat getting together,with my father and grandfather every Sunday to watch some Giants football. 1986 and 1990 were magical seasons for us.

My grandfather didn't live to see 2007, but those are memories you just never forget.

I'm from Virginia, but I've never been a fan of anything here. Ever since I was little I always liked the idea of a rival, being the bad guy. Obviously, the drove me towards the Cowboys. I'm not a bandwagon fan, I sat through those 5-11 seasons and I have never jumped ship to another team. After being drawn to the Cowboys, I was also drawn to the Mavericks and Longhorns. Those are my teams.
