To juggle someone in a fighting game is to execute a combo where the attacker (preferably you) goes on hitting someone who was already attacked and thrown up in the air by the first attack. And if that's not what he's doing then I'm watching this video wrong.

@SlushieGuy No they arent impossible, like i said just pretty difficult to do in general, If you spend like and extensive amount of time trying them i assure you, you will get it once or twice, maybe even a couple more times throughout the day. Because before i thought Hitman's was impossible without a wall, but then i did it a couple times and realized it was just fairly difficult to pull off, which is why the wall is recommended.
