VIdeo Compression delays.
If you have experience dealing with audio/video conversions and compressions you'd realize they happen a lot, especially on youtube.
I'm pretty sure the drummer, bassist and keyboardists are finger/arm/leg synching fakes too, IF there happens to be no delay here.
