maybe thats because they only shoot at the heros of the film, who cant be hit or they wuill die, and thus end the film. You never see the empire shoot at anyone but the heros of the films except at the start of episode 4, where they maul the rebels. i am so sad to see how much those troopers have degraded over time. i mean really, the clone wars... they kicked major ass, the commandos were even better. but now these storm troopers are really putting their past to absolute shame.
