People dont support the ahl and the manitoba moose because its the MINOR LEAGUES. People in Winnipeg myself included and all of Manitoba want the big leagues back. Compare moose attendance to a nhl exhibition game in winnipeg and the nhl game is always almost sold out. We want the best. NHL hockey can work in Winnipeg nowadays with the new cba. It was impossible in 1996. It's not 1996 anymore, its 2009 almost 2010. Times have changed.
