I understand Ben had left by the time they were looking to make a live CD/DVD but Cologne was a much better show that it's unfortunate that this couldn't be a DVD. I have always felt that there must have been a better show than Paris that involved Terry. Paris wasn't great. It wasn't horrid but I know Amy can perform better live and this proves it.

It's because on the one they released live (Anywhere but home) Ben Moody wasn't in Evanescence anymore. He quit the band a days after this concert.
