Sesame Street - Snuffy counts how many people fail to see him

I am sure there was a scene very similar to this in a later Sesame Street episode. I remember seeing a scene where no-one sees Snuffy in around 1983. As I from the UK the episode might have been two years old when I saw it.

In the scene I remember Big Bird and Snuffy are walking down Sesame Street and Gordon and Luis don't see Snuffy. They then pass Hooper's Store and Big Bird says "Mr Looper's not wearing his glasses - he can't see without his glasses".

Cookie Monster's head was in a bag, Mr. Hooper needed his glasses, Luis couldn't see ahead of him with those boxes, and Maria was too far away, so they had excuses, but there's no reason why the others shouldn't have been able to sense that someone was behind them.

By the way, when David and Bob say "Claws", that's meant to be a substitute for "Jaws" right?
