Why not make use of him? The Bulls need big players. Put Noah and Thomas or Gibson as forwards and Gray as starting center. They keep inside while Rose, Salmons, and Hinrich work around them. Gray hardly shorthands when he plays and I can only see him developing into something real good if he gets more minutes.

Plus, there's the money issue, in which a team isn't going to keep a player making 3-4 million a year on the bench and let one making 500,000 on the court.
