The ONLY REASON every band under the sun covers "Helter Skelter" is because of the infamous murders, and how that song got tied to Charles Manson!!! If not for the 1969 murder case, we would NEVER hear that song, except when McCartney plays it.
@CreepyCrawlyCat He prosecutes God in his new book? Is he working with this 89 year old guy Camping who predicted the end of the world? As for the watch on manson, I listened to Bugliosli speak at The University of South Dakota in 1986 and, he was quite lucid. Good, as I always believed OJ was innocent. Which side did he take? Didn't Wasn't marcia Clark the one that stopped the watch?
@CreepyCrawlyCat Mr. Triple 'C": I read the bokk and saw the movie and remember the watch scense. I then went to hear Bugliosli speak and he talked about the watch scene and how it was Hollywood that put that in to make it seem as if he had stopped the watch. he even said he didn't. Thanks for your response.
@CreepyCrawlyCat It was Hollywood that had the watch stop in the movie. Bugliosli had nothing to do with that. manson believed he was receiving messages from The Beatles; Piggies, Helter Skelter written in blood on either a fridge or wall.
no, probably cahrles who thoguht that in the song was a hidden racist message agaisnt blacks, and he murdered many. youve never heard of charles manson/helter skelter?
Paul McCartney still rocks like he did with Wings just listen to "Nod Your Head". It's got a bit of "I'm The Walrus", "Helter Skelter" and "Live And Let Die". Great to see Concord Records promoting it as a music video clip on youtube [Video #6] featuring Paul McCartney and a host of 20-something babes. I friggin love this album after one or two times playing it I'm addicted to it. It reminds me so much of Wings and the Sgt. Pepper and Abbey Road albums.
that band would be called fireman, supposed to capture the essence of tomorrow never knows, came out with a new album in late 2008 or early 2009 if i recall correctly
What year is this?
