There were two million refugees BEFORE we went into Iraq.
There were 13 million voters in three elections there.
We have lost around 4000 of our own troops, 30,000 wounded, and perhaps 100,000 Iraqis killed, mostly by enemy action.
Today, the overwhelming majority of Iraqis being killed are bombed in markets and otehr public places by insurgents.

False premise - Iraq is murder by foreigners. There is no insurgency of any appreciable numbers of the indigenous people.
We only lost the war in Vietnam because we QUIT.
Malaysia was a failed insurgency, as was Greece, Kenya, Bolivia. There have also been insipient but unsuccessful insurgencies against Spain, France, the UK, and China.

Huh,the vid of the airstrikes at the beginning of shock & awe are interesting. In Gulf War 1 the sky over Baghdad was filled with AA and AAA fire. None visible here at all. Just an observation..
