  • Your vid is a favorite on Monrovia

  • It looks cool! Any videos of you riding it? Or is it just all show and no go?? Let's see it rip!!!

  • Bike is now powered by 74v lipo - about 3.5 times the usable energy and almost 50 pounds lighter with lower cg(custom battery cases hold 24 5s packs wired as 20s into original battery locations).

  • duration for charging the bike?

  • How much is the cost ELECTRICMOTO BLADE?

  • @lospikantes

The bike was sold for $3500 usd

    Original cost was $6000

  • i want this bike!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • how much battery life do u get one this?

  • Where's more video!!!

  • how fast was it before

  • Hey when obama takes away motocross electric bike are going to be in

  • nice work!!

  • Very nice mechanics, but you messed it up with poor/no electronics and terrible batteries..

  • nice moose racing bark busters i have those on my dirtbike. why do you have them on there?

  • sweet bike dude,i raced motocross for 8 years, that bike would be about the most comparable ebike to a gas powered bike, tks for the post,i'd like to see you rip up a motocross tack on that thing.

  • a very nice job!

    congrats

Gracias

  • sick bike !!

Im from quebec canada , can you ride this book on the road?

do you need to plate it?

  • Cool bike, these would be great for kids and adults to learn how to ride motorcycles on. Then they can move on to using a gas motorcycle with a clutch.

  • This is faster off the line than a 250!

  • defenitley not dumbest comment ever hands down

  • How much all up have you spent on this mate?

  • I am into the bike for about $7500. Most of the parts are custom "one of". This thing will pull wheelies no problem

  • No Updates on this? I would love to see how it goes...

  • Road legal ?

  • if it has lights and a lisens plate

  • I am building the John Bidwell designed Cheetah EV Mt Bike, it uses the Etek motor at 48 volts, but I am going the Perm PMG 132 @ 72volts with a Alltrax AXE 7245 (450Amp) 24 - 72 VDC ... Will be a death trap but FUN.

You can see the Cheetah on the web site evalbum(dot).com/615

  • looking forward to see your "hands on" action with this bike

you have a customization shop or something?

I'm really wanting to take a bike for you to mod.

  • Nice but for that much money the mfg should have used stronger components. but hopefully soon their will be production models from other mfg. with more competitive pricing.Yes I realise this is a modified unit. It is very nice. Good Job!

  • I want one.

  • muahahahaha!! please... run it!!! run it!!!

    Beautiful stuff!

  • You are correct to the strength of the bike. Most components are moutain bike parts to keep the weight down. As to the power........it will kick a stock honda CR125 off the line. Power is incredable with a total of 22,000 watts of power. Recharge time is only 1 1/2 hours (not all day) and a rapid charge could be as short as 30 min. 60mph is good for an electric vehicle under 200lbs. As for the cash into it.....................I can say no one else has a bike like this one.

  • Any chance of seeing this thing in action?

  • Soon

  • @roadrashhurts soon is how soon? ))

  • holy crap this thing must be a beast! you have a perm running full potentiel on a 195lbs machine with 300mm of traval! 120mm more than the zero! I thought bikeraiders project was overkill! Im thinking about running the new mars etek on 400 or 500amps @48v on a cr80 chassis. Also do you race 125s or something?

  • how far can you go on a full tank of energy?

  • how long does the battery last ?

  • That looks cooler than cool. Whats the wattage of the motor, whats the range, whats the total cost of this project?

  • how many kilograms u put on this bike?

  • The bike is 88kg (195lbs)

  • I am located in Coquitlam B.C. I have made dozens of Electric vehicles over the years. This bike is one of many. You may of heard of me though an Electric forum.

  • Dude thats BEAST!

how much did it cost you total???

  • I am into the bike for about $7500. Most of the parts are custom "one of". This thing will pull wheelies no problem.

  • hey im still riding my blade 04 too.

cant wait to see your 72V blade in action!!!!

    the electric age !!!!

  • Will have another video shortly showing performance.

  • That is absolutely INCREDIBLE! Been following the progress on these as well as the Quantyas as I want to pick one up in the near future. Are you located in Ontario? Your YouTube name is very familiar. I recognize it from another site but can't place it right now. R/C maybe?
