@theteachjim Hey Jim, Thanks for your comments. I really appreciate them. I agree with you that listening and understanding the wants and needs of your prospects and customers must be done first. What I find is that in business and life even after we do that we do not actually get to the point where we tell people what we are looking for even after he have established the relationship of trust and understanding.

No. I do not tell them what I want or what they want to hear. I don't even share my vision.
Instead I seek to understand what they need and want. I listen. THEN I share with them the vision of what how we can achieve it together.
In finding the mutual ground we discover find the starting place for our collaborative development.
