It's the same thing now called The Money List in the US. The rules stay the same as the UK version: Make a bid, deliver a good list, win the list, win the game and move on to the bonus round where you can win up to $50,000. Fred Roggins is the host of the US version.

who dares wins is a terrible title, Ive sed from the start of series one that "the rich list" does wot it ses on the tin, I think he producers to admit they got it wrong and change it.

Fred Roggin is an awesome host. He was one of the reasons The Money List was as successful as it was, throughout its 9-episode (i think) run.
