Looks great. But I think with these it could be perfect:

- Hiding the feet of the people. There's a noticeable mistake there.

- Moving palm trees, as if there were wind.

- Water reflection from the pool in the walls.

- Animated beach... waves could be nice.

- A couple of seagulls at some point of the presentation.

With the above, it could really look real. (Sorry if I sound a little picky.)

The typical process is to clean up AutoCad line work and use that in 3ds Max. From there, we render out in V-Ray. Because the heat is so intense in southwest florida and these residences are very private, the client wanted to have more reflections in the windows.
