Big blown engines dont use airfilters. If they did it would have to b 4 times the regular size, or they just crush from the vacuum the blower creates inside the af.

Clearly not an engine failure, but a seized blower due to improper clearances. That is why the top fueler guys all run teflon strips on the rotors. Notice that those rotors do NOT have teflon strips, so they cannot be run as tight. Aluminum galls up real easily, and balls up, -obviously causing the catastrophic failure seen in this video. Bottom line, rotor(s) to case clearances were too tight.

Ok, ok, I get the bolt in the intake story, but they do run teflon strips on the 14-71 race blowers, -they are not a rub-fit, they just run really close, and if they do happen to rub, they will not seize like the anodized aluminum will. lots of street guys run teflon strips too.

ur wrong im not a diesel freak, but the veyron isnt the best at the 1/4 mile. Its heavy and has 4 turbos. Good for top end speed.

A stock powerstroke 7.3L diesel can handle 300hp shot of nitrous with propane, bigger injectors and twin turbos with proper tune
